Description
Elaboration: Lot of spirits obtained from the distillation of excellent Bairrada wines, with an average aging time of 17 years, in French Limousin oak barrels. These were slowly unfolded during their long aging, which greatly contributed to their fineness and delicacy.
A rich and intense aroma, with ethereal notes, toasted oak, vanilla, hazelnut, dried fig and roasted. Sabor has a very velvety and mild attack, developing later a hot, alcoholic sensation and, in the end, the aromatic notes of wood and vanilla being confirmed by the retronasal route.
