Description
Vinification: Stigma and crushing; 12 hours of pre-fermentation maceration, static clarification by cold for 48 hours, use of selected yeasts.
Citrus yellow color. Aroma excellent aromatic intensity. A very complex aroma where minerality dominates. In the mouth, it shows to be powerful, but at the same time very elegant. with a very balanced acidity, has a very long and persistent finish.
Serve with: fish, seafood, white meats, and soft cheeses.
