Description
Vinification: Total destemming, soft pressing, natural static decanting. Alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Sparkling by the classical method. Minimum of 9 months in the basement and 1 month after disgorgement.
Color crystalline appearance, with persistent thin bubble and with the crown. Citrine defined with slight greenish tones Predominant aroma in nuts and pleasant vegetable notes; presents nuances of citrus notes. Mouth: Fruity, crunchy mousse, vibrant freshness, long and persistent finish.
Serve with: soft dishes of Mediterranean cuisine based on fish and white meats; Unspecified delicacies of Indian, Chinese and African cuisine.
