Description
Vinification: Total destemming, soft pressing, natural static decanting. Alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Sparkling by the classical method. Only 40% of the flower juice was used. Minimum of 9 months in the basement and 1 month after disgorgement.
Color crystalline appearance with fine bubble and gas detachment. Pink color set. Intense aroma in fresh red fruits and jelly of the same. Mouth: Fruity, moderate freshness, pleasant mouth volume followed by elegant mousse and remarkable persistence.
Serve with: diverse appetizers, fine pastries, and natural fruits. Serve at 8ºC.
