Description
Vinification: Light fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature controlled at 16- 18º C.
Color yellowish green. Fruity aroma, to remember citrus fruits and tropical fruits. Mouth: good acidity that gives you freshness. End of mouth to remember the fruit, fresh and pleasant.
Serve with: seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an appetizer. Consume at 10-12ºC.
