Description
Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature, and prolonged skin maceration. Aging: 4 months internship in French and American oak barrels
Color ruby concentrate. Aromas to remember ripe red fruits, very well conjugated with the wood that gives it a touch of vanilla. Mouth: Rich in good quality tannins and very complex. End of mouth is prolonged and persistent.
Serve with: red meats, pasta, and cheeses. Consume at 16-18ºC.
