Description
Vinification: The grapes were stalked, crushed in a traditional cylinder press. The fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
Citrus color. A very fruity aroma, soft and a little floral. Mouth: Structure and balanced acidity. Matches exactly to the aroma Sweet and fresh Mouth (end): Persistent and fruity
Serve with: fresh grilled fish, seafood and white meats. Consume at 9-12ºC.
