Description
Vinification: Crush, lightly macerate until the juice is clean and have the desired color. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Before bottling the wine is subjected to a cold stabilization.
Pink color. Intense fruity aroma. Mouth: good structure balanced with acidity, with strawberry notes
Serve with: Italian cuisine and fish. Consume at 9-12ºC.
