Description
Vinification: Destemming and crushing followed by inoculation with selected yeasts. Alcoholic fermentation, addition of wine spirit (77% alcohol V / V) ice cold (10ºC). Aging begins in brown and oak barrels during the early years and continues in 550-liter kites and 225-liter oak casks
Brownish ruby color. Aroma intense and elegant, dominating the aromas of raisins, English bonbon, coffee, and almond. Mouth: Excellent balance in the mouth and unusual persistence
Serve with: cheeses, chocolate-based desserts, and fresh fruits.
