Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature followed by gentle maceration
Dark ruby color. Strong aromas of red fruits when young, evolving to notes of spices and nuts with aging. Mouth: Good balanced structure and quality tannins. End of mouth: a pleasant ending.
Serve with: meats and cod. Consume at 16-18ºC.
