Description
Vinification: After manual harvesting, rigorous selection and total destemming, the grapes macerated 10 days in presses with the pneumatic treadmill. At the end of the malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 6 months in French oak barrels of 450 L. It was bottled after minimal clarification.
Ruby color too deep. Aroma fruity, with notes of berries and blueberries, complexed by spicy notes. Structured, fresh, full-bodied and persistent flavor. The tannins are soft.
Recommended dishes: Meats, sausages, cheeses, among others.
