Description
This Cuvée is made from an assemblage composed only of the Chardonnay variety of Chouilly, selected from a unique and exceptional harvest.
Visually: Golden robe with green reflections typical of a Blanc de Blancs, bubbles of a great Finnish and a delicate effervescence.
On the nose: white flower notes dominate the complex aromas of citrus.
In the mouth: The attack, acid but light and delicate, is followed by a broad and long finish that develops floral and rich notes. We found a fine balance between winemaking and elegance.
