Description
Vinification: Manual harvest with choice in the vine in boxes of 20 kg. Selection in a table of choice. Filling of the bowl by gravity, fermentation at controlled temperatures. Short wood stage.
Black plum color with predominant aroma of red fruits, cherry, and chocolate. In the mouth, it is round and soft.
Serve with: red meats or white meats. Consume at 18ºC.
