Description
Vinification: The grapes were pressed in pneumatic presses. The wort was clarified by static sedimentation and fermented for 10 days at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. It was glued and filtered before bottling.
Yellow straw color. Aroma floral, mineral and fruity, perceiving notes of dried petals of rose, pear, and peach. Taste fresh and aromatic attack, possessing good acidity and gustatory persistence.
Recommended dishes: Fish, seafood, lean meats, and cheeses.
Consume: 6/7 ºC
