Description
Vinification: classic red, with full grape tannage of some of the best grape varieties of the central region of Portugal.
Color granada. Aroma to notes of dry vegetable, caruma, spices, balm, resins, and red and black fruits. Fresh, dry and smooth flavor, with moderate acidity and good structure.
Recommended dishes: Meats, sausages, cheeses or fat fish, among others.
Consume: 16/17 ºC
