Vinification: Vintage in a box of 22 kgs. Destemming and crushing, 12H of pre-fermentation pre-fermentation at 34º to maximize the work of the enzymes; use of selected yeasts, alcoholic fermentation with temperature control, light
Ruby accented color. Very aromatic, with notes of blueberries and blueberries. Mouth: structured and concentrated but very fresh, with ripe and round tannins. Just like the nose, it is a very aromatic wine with notes of blueberry and blackberry. Long and persistent ending.
Serve with: roasted and game meats, as well as strong cheeses. Consume at 16-18ºC.
