Description
Vinification: Manual harvest with choice in the vine in boxes of 20 kg. Fermentations at controlled temperatures.
Gastronomic wine with a predominant aroma of white flowers, tea leaves, and citrus notes. It presents a perfect balance between the freshness of the grape varieties Gouveio (30%) and Rabigato (30%) and the complexity of Viosinho (40%).
Serve with: fish in the oven and white meats. Consume at 14-16ºc.
