Description
Vinification: Manual harvest with choice in the vine in boxes of 20 kg. Fermentations at controlled temperatures.
Pale yellow color clean and bright, in the intense aroma, is the field flowers, with notes of citrus, finished with great minerality. In the mouth the attack is almost vegetable fresh, growing in the middle of the proof for textured and creamy, ending with lots of fresh fruit.
Serve with: fish in the oven and white meats. Consume at 14-16ºC.
