Description
Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel vats with a controlled temperature at 15º C.
Color yellowish green. Intense aroma with notes of tropical fruits and some floral. Mouth: Refreshing, elegant and with good acidity that gives it freshness. Persistent and pleasant end of the mouth.
Serve with: fish dishes, pasta, salads, and white meats. Consume at 12ºC.
