Description
Vinification: Produced from our oldest vineyard, this Alvarinho, previously vinified, fermented in 10 used barrels in order to guarantee the ideal bottle evolution for many years.
Citrine yellow color, clear and intense. Aroma: Aroma of great intensity and elegance. Very fruity (white and citrus fruits) with mineral notes and a touch of smoke. Mouth: In the mouth is structured and balanced, fresh and vibrant. Excellent acidity. Beautiful toasted notes and very long finish.
Serve with: Mediterranean dishes based on fish and seafood. Consume at 10-12ºC.
