Description
Vinification: Hand picking and transport in small boxes of 20 kg. Walking and traditional fermentation in open winery. Stage of 12 months in French and American oak barrels.
Color dark red. Complex aroma of ripe fruit, toasties, and spices. Mouth: Long and full tasting with round tannins and balanced acidity. Pleasant at the end of the mouth.
Serve with: grilled meats, game, and cheeses. Eat at 16-18ºC.
