Description
Vinification: Hand picking and transport in small boxes of 20 kg. Walking and traditional fermentation in open winery. Stage of 12 months in French and American oak barrels. Bottled in July 2015.
Ruby color. Complex aroma of black plums and red currant, with some toasted and vanilla. Mouth: rich, with soft tannins balanced with a pleasant acidity.
Serve with: grilled meats, game, and cheeses. Consume at 16-18ºC
