Description
Vinification: Hand picking and transport in small boxes of 20 kg. Walking and traditional fermentation in open winery. 50% of the wine aged in French and American oak barrels for 12 months.
Color dark red, garnet. Aroma rich in red fruits and gooseberry with a touch of vanilla. Palate: Fruity and velvety in the test with pleasant acidity. Nice end of the mouth.
Serve with: grilled meats, game, and cheeses. Consume at 16-18ºC.
