Description
Vinification: Destemming, pressing, cold decanting, alcoholic fermentation in low temperature (17ºC), stabilization, filtration and bottling.
Citrus colored. Fruity aroma with notes of citrus fruits. Mouth: Rich, fresh and balanced. End of mouth: Good end.
Serve with: grilled fish, cooked fish, seafood. Consume at 12ºC.
