Description
ZOM Collection is made from the noblest vine varieties of the Douro. A limited edition, available in the bottle format Martin Berasategui. After careful winemaking at a controlled temperature, 40% of the batch aged in new French oak barrels for 18 months and a small portion aged in stainless steel vats. Dark red color reveals the aroma of ripe red fruits of unique complexity and notes the wood. The finish of the mouth is elegant and fruity.
Suggestions: It should be served at a temperature of 16º to 18ºC. It is perfect to accompany red meats, game, and cheeses.
